Heyday prides itself on designing mens vintage style clothing including;

vintage style trousers

These trousers come in the 1940s style called Anzacs and Gallipoli, the 1950s style called pegs.

The 1940s styles both sit on the waist like a normal pair of trousers, but have wider legs than a modern style. The Anzacs measure 12" (30cm) at the bottom of the leg, while the Gallipoli trousers measure 13" (33cm).

The 1950s Peg trousers also sit on the waist, but they don't have a waist band making them appear higher. This style measures 9.5" (24cm) at the bottom of the leg.

vintage style jackets

We currently make two types of jackets, one called a gab jacket or gabardine jacket and another called a hollywood jacket. The gab jacket is more like a sports jacket in that it comes down to the waist. It is made mostly from gabardine fabric, with contrast materials in some cases to highlight the style of the jacket. The Hollywood jacket is a more formal looking jacket and is made from the same material as the trousers. The Hollywood jacket is also a bit longer with the bottom of the pockets being at about fingertip level.
